Event 23/27 in Seoul: National Museum of Korea

On the same day of my last exam I went to the Korea National Museum in Yongsan which is free of charge. The suggested stay is two to three hours, but as there are more than 15.000 items displayed you could also spent twice the time and still wouldn’t have seen everything. I’ve been there for about two hours which was more of a rush and so I had bearly any time making photos, so those that I made focused on the museum itself rather the exhibtions.

I liked the museum much and I’m thinking that free admissions boosts the visitor count which in turn has positive effects for society that might then even outweigh the financial burdens of free museums.
