Conclusion

While the Temple Stay was a more cultural event (however, as I assume, not limited to the Korean, but rather the East-Asian culture as I suppose that a Chinese Temple Stay might have looked similar), the visit of the Korean Demilitarized Zone clarifies that there exist several frozen conflicts today (although the danger of a second Korean War was always present until the last try of the assassination). As all involved parties have opposing goals, it seems to me that only a revolution (e. g. regime change or a neutral, souvereign united Korea) offers the possibility to provide better lifes for the North Koreans that suffer under this conflict, being told of a possible famine by their government in 2016.
